The primary goals of Covenant Orthodox Presbyterian Church shall be the following:

Worship
We are committed to worship God as He has commanded in the Scriptures. Therefore, both the manner and the content of our worship service shall always be governed by the direct commands of the Word. Likewise, we seek to do nothing in worship that God has not been commanded in His Word. Thereby, we hope to maintain worship that is God-centered and God honoring.
To this end, the session shall take care that the preaching of the Word is God-centered, dignified and excellent. The session shall also strive to maintain preaching that is faithful to the Bible and to our secondary standards, the Westminster Confession of Faith and Catechisms.

Ministry
Our aim and purpose in ministry is to glorify God and to equip the saints to serve the Lord in every area of life. We endeavor progressively to bring every thought, word and deed into conformity with the Word of God until we reach unity in faith and attain "to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ." (Ephesians 4:13b). We desire to see the Spirit of God at work here at Covenant and our hope is that such efforts will cause Christ to dwell richly in his people.
We shall promote a sense of obligation to the welfare of our fellow man, first to the members of God's household, and as we are able to others whom God may in His providence bring to our ministry. The deacons shall serve in leading the congregation in this responsibility. But we will also encourage every saint who is a member of the church to deny self and to seek the welfare of his neighbor for the glory of God.

Evangelism
The authoritative preaching of the Word of God is the chief means Christ has given for the gathering of His elect into the church, and their subsequent growth in grace. Hence, the Pastor shall solemnly and publicly preach the gospel to the congregation, by interpreting the Word of God, and applying the same by exhortation and reproof unto them.
Christ has also given all Christians the privilege of sharing the truth of God with those into whose presence the providence of God may bring them. Consequently, the session shall take care to ensure that the preaching, teaching and catechizing of the congregation prepares each member for evangelism of the lost.
The session is also committed to cultivating a sensitivity and compassion for the lost. Again, the preaching, and teaching of the word of God is the central means of accomplishing this goal. However, we hope to be known as a church that is both sound in doctrine and sensitive to the needs of the lost. Like our Lord we desire to have a church filled with a compassion for the needy around us locally and as well as across the world.
Since evangelism is the work of God, prayer is one of the primary means that God has chosen to use in bringing his elect to repentance. We encourage everyone in our church to pray for the conversion of the lost and to make a consistent effort to pray specifically in this area.

Fellowship
The saints, gathered into the visible, organized body of Christ are the New Testament Israel, the covenant community of God. Therefore, our aim is to cultivate a sense of community, whose members are committed to the entire body and to each other individually.
We will endeavor to cultivate a sense of intergenerational love and fellowship in the church. This means that we will encourage the older to involve themselves with the younger and the younger to engage the older members of the church in a way that nurtures maturity and wisdom in all of our members.
To this end our goal shall be to encourage one another to faithfulness in worship and sharing in the burdens, hardships and joys of the kingdom of God.. We will try to develop opportunities for the church to share in the work of the kingdom of God, which the Bible defines as fellowship. The word of God is as central to this aspect of ministry as to the others that we have listed. Therefore, we commit ourselves to teaching the whole counsel of God, which includes the goal of pursuing peace with all men and learning by God's grace, to live together in harmony.
